## What Aritic does with AI Customer Care

Aritic PinPoint scores and nurtures leads across channels, and AI Customer Care adds the missing one: the phone. Calls answered by your AI agents update lead scores, move contacts between segments, and advance nurture journeys based on what was actually said and decided on the call.

## How it works

Link your Aritic account with API credentials, then define rules such as raising a score when a caller asks about a product or dropping a contact into a re-engagement segment after a declined offer. AI Customer Care applies the rules automatically after each call.

## Data residency for Oman
