# AWeber

## What AWeber does with AI Customer Care

Callers who agree to hear from you by email are added to your AWeber lists directly from the conversation, with tags that capture their interest, such as a product line, a branch location, or a service plan. Your newsletters and follow-ups start from real spoken intent, not guesswork.

## How it works

Authorize AWeber via OAuth and choose which lists AI Customer Care can write to. During a call, the AI agent confirms consent verbally, collects the email address, and subscribes the caller with the tags your rules assign.

## Data residency for Oman

AWeber receives the email address, name, and tags, nothing more. The call itself, including the recorded consent, is retained only on AI Customer Care servers in Oman in keeping with Oman Personal Data Protection Law requirements.
