## What ClickUp does with AI Customer Care

Every actionable request that reaches your AI phone agents can become a ClickUp task: a support ticket in your service space, a lead in your sales list, or an internal follow-up. Priorities and statuses are set from the call, so an urgent complaint arrives flagged as urgent.

## How it works

Connect ClickUp with OAuth, pick spaces and lists, and define how call intents map to task templates. AI Customer Care fills in the caller's details, an AI summary, and custom fields, then assigns the task according to your routing rules.

## Data residency for Oman
