Copper users live in Google Workspace, and AI Customer Care keeps their CRM current without leaving it. Calls handled by AI agents appear as activities on people and companies, unknown callers become leads, and opportunities move stages when a call changes the deal.

## How it works

Connect with your Copper API key and email. AI Customer Care matches callers to people by phone number, logs the activity with an AI summary, and applies your pipeline rules, for example moving an opportunity to Negotiation after a pricing call.
