## What Drip does with AI Customer Care

Drip automates e-commerce marketing on events, and AI Customer Care supplies a rich new event source: the phone call. An order inquiry, a delivery question, or a product complaint handled by your AI agent becomes a custom event in Drip that your workflows can branch on.

## How it works

Connect with your Drip API token and account ID, then choose which call outcomes fire events and which fields ride along. AI Customer Care identifies the customer by phone or email and records the event on their Drip profile in near real time.

## Data residency for Oman

Events carry outcome names and the properties you whitelist, never audio or transcripts. Conversation content stays on AI Customer Care's Oman-hosted infrastructure in line with the Oman Personal Data Protection Law.
