## What Salesforce does with AI Customer Care

AI Customer Care treats Salesforce as the enterprise source of truth. Calls are logged as completed tasks against leads, contacts, and accounts; cases open or update when customers report issues; and opportunity fields change when a call moves a deal. Before answering, AI agents can read the caller's Salesforce history to personalize the conversation.

## How it works

Connect via Salesforce OAuth with a dedicated integration user and granular object permissions. Field mappings and flow triggers are configured in AI Customer Care, so your admins keep full control of what writes where, and existing Salesforce automations fire as usual.

## Data residency for Oman

Salesforce receives structured fields, task subjects, and approved summaries only. All audio and transcripts remain on AI Customer Care's infrastructure hosted in Oman, and field-level sync controls support Oman Personal Data Protection Law data-minimization policies.
