What Google Calendar does with AI Customer Care

How it works
Connect Google Calendar with OAuth and choose which calendars each agent may read and write. You set working hours, buffer times, and slot lengths; the agent respects them and adds the caller's details to the event, with invitations sent if you enable them.

Data residency for Oman
Calendar events contain the booking details you configure, nothing else. The voice conversation that produced the booking is stored only in Oman on AI Customer Care infrastructure, consistent with Oman Personal Data Protection Law residency rules.
